In a story first reported by the Law Gazette but subsequently claimed as an “exclusive” by both the Mail and City AM, it seems that an arrest warrant has now been issued by Mr Justice Kerr in the High Court for Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer MBE. This follows on the from the case first reported here on Monday,in full with the actual judgement, which took place on 26 January when Kerr imposed a suspended 6 month sentence but demanded that Meyer provide documents to Court by 7 February and appear in person on the 14th. Meyer’s successor George Robinson had to restate accounts signed off by Julie for the year to September 30 2015, and within months had to wind up the company. He stated to the administrator that there had been fraud on the Meyer watch and specifically that Taggstar company funds were “misappropriated and used to fund Ariadne Capital Limited”.

I can today reveal that yet, another of Praise The lord's dwindling band of UK companies, Ariadne Capital Partners Holdings Ltd has now suffered a First Gazette notice for strike off but it is in Malta where the shit is really hitting the fan for La Meyer's five companies.
As we exposed here, Police investigations into unpaid bills are now underway according to a minister of the Maltese Government. The financial regulator, the MSFA, is being pushed on why Ariadne retains its fund management license after THIS expose. And meanwhile there are a host of suppliers and former employees attempting to get payment for unpaid debts.

I have been sent the first report on Ariadne Capital Limited prepared by the Administrator Leonard Curtis and sent to creditors yesterday. They will be whistling and will not get a cent back. There is no cash, no sales pipeline and only one debt of £36,000 which the Administrator hopes to collect. His comments on related party debts of £4.6 million are "of note". A company that claimed net assets of £3,858,688 as at 31 December 2016 is set to report a deficiency of £6,762,604 according to Leonard Curtis. Actually it will be worse.

Ex Dragon's Den star Julie Meyer MBE has always struck me as a massive self publicist and an AI bullshitter. Her UK firm Ariadne Capital was put into administration on December 15 but Meyer has published a video (below) claiming that this was all planned and something "every entrepreneur has to do." Hmmm, it is worth having a butchers at La Meyer's track record and also Ariadne's accounts.
